Support for localized WinGet packages (e.g., Mozilla.Firefox.de)

Currently, the WinGet package Mozilla.Firefox.de is not available in octoja. If you switch to the main Mozilla.Firefox package, the software will be installed in English, since installer-specific parameters (such as --locale de-DE or language overrides) are not currently applied when distributing via the kiosk package.

Request:

1. Integration of language-specific WinGet IDs (such as Mozilla.Firefox.de) into the octoja software catalog

2. The ability to reliably pass the --locale argument or user-defined installer arguments to the client for WinGet packages. (There is already a request for this: https://feedback.octoja.de/p/installationsparameter-fur-pakete-unterstutzen)
