Support installation parameters for packages

Currently, Octoja does not support specifying additional installation parameters for packages.

Take Firefox, for example:

/DesktopShortcut=false

This parameter prevents the creation of a desktop shortcut. Since Octoja currently does not offer a way to configure such parameters, Firefox is installed or updated without this option, and the desktop shortcut may be created again.

This has already occurred multiple times in our test environment.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to specify additional installation parameters for each package. These must be applied automatically during installation, updates, and reinstallation.

This feature should be supported for both Chocolatey and WinGet.
