Expand "Disable Windows Updates Interface"

It would be really cool if the "Disable" option were expanded to include the system tray icon, so that customers wouldn't see the update icon in the taskbar with a message like "x updates pending," etc., because if you click on it, you end up in Settings and can no longer access the Windows Update screen.
