Update: Restart - Delay with notification

Feature Request

The restart should display a message to the user. It should offer the options "Restart now" and "Restart later." The "Restart later" option should include settings such as "Force restart after 5 attempts" and "Attempt at intervals, e.g., every hour."

    Nützliches Feature hierbei, wenn der User nicht nur Zyklus verschieben kann, sondern einmalig auch eine Zeit für den Tag festlegen kann - wann das Update geforced wird sowie auch der Neustart
