Image Transfer in Banking Apps

Feature Request

Banking apps prevent the app from transmitting its screen when a remote session is active.
We were able to work around this with our old agent using the "Print" button.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t work with octoja—neither via keyboard input nor by clicking the “Send Key” button at the top.

It would be great if there were a way to fix this.

    Oh, ich hab glaub das Problem gefunden. Die “Druck” Taste hat nicht richtig in der Fernwartung funktioniert.

    Mit dem nächsten Update ist es behoben.

    Dann müssten hoffentlich die Banking-Apps auch wieder funktionieren 😄

    mein aktueller Workaround: Bildschirmtastatur für DRUCK Taste nutzen.

    Finde ich sehr wichtig, musste ich leider bei der letzen SFIRM Installation feststellen und dann auf den guten alten Teamviewer wechseln.
