Toolbox in a new tab

Currently, it’s possible to open Toolbox actions from the device page in a new tab by pressing Ctrl+click. It would be great if this could be done using just the mouse—for example, by clicking the middle mouse button.

Alternatively: Each user could configure whether they want a new window or a new tab, possibly separately for each action (Remote Desktop, PowerShell, etc.).
