TeamViewer Integration

Our technicians also use TeamViewer and really like it(…)

The existing Remote Desktop feature works well, but an alternative to TeamViewer for remote support would still be great.

It would be enough if there were a TeamViewer button in the device overview and directly on the device itself.

As far as I know (this may have changed—I’m not entirely sure right now), TeamViewer doesn’t allow for fully automated integration(…)

But in my opinion, partial integration should be possible. You click the TV icon on the device, a TeamViewer webpage opens in the browser, and remote maintenance starts via the TeamViewer client running locally.

This assumes that we’ve registered the device in our TeamViewer management system with an ID and password.

Could you please check whether full integration might be possible after all?

If not, can the partial integration described above be implemented?
