Display and link to tag usage

The tag rules and a central tag overview should display the number of assigned devices for each manually assigned tag. Clicking on the number opens a filtered device list showing all devices to which the respective tag has been applied. Without this feature, it’s difficult to quickly list all devices assigned, for example, to “patch-ring-1.”
