Start Offset in the Patch Window

The Ring window currently functions as "start immediately upon launch," not as a distribution.

Under certain circumstances, this can overload the end customer’s network bandwidth.

Suggestion: A time window during which updates are launched on the devices at a given location in a staggered manner.
