Shorter interval for reading current user in inventory

Read the current user more frequently than only during inventory runs, since users change machines regularly. Locating a device by username is much faster than identifying it by PC name via sticker or Windows settings before starting remote support. A shorter read interval would make device lookup and remote session start quicker.
