Optimizing View and Filter Management

Currently, the device list views save not only appearance settings (order and display status/column sorting) but also filter settings.

As a result, if you access the page via a link from the client or the navigation bar at the very top of the screen, you’ll see a “Custom” view configured with default settings (sort order/columns). If you then switch to your favorite view, the filter settings are reset to the default, and you have to set them again.

I think it would be much better if the view and filters could be saved separately. That way, you could use different views independently of the content and switch between them. Similarly, you could access saved filters without overwriting the view. If the filters could also be shared with other users, that would be a dream :-)
