Send a message specifically to a terminal server session

As an IT technician, I would like to be able to select a single user session on a Windows Terminal Server and send a message to that session—for example, to announce maintenance work or prompt a user to log out.

The existing “Send Notification” feature distributes messages to all connected octoja UI sessions on the device. This functionality should be supplemented with the ability to send messages specifically to a selected session.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User sessions can be uniquely identified by username and session ID.

• A message with a title and text can be sent to the selected session.

• Only the selected session receives the message.

• If the session is no longer accessible, the technician receives a clear error message; the message is not sent to other sessions.

• The existing option to send messages to all connected sessions remains available and is clearly distinguishable from individual messaging.
