Lywand targets: Optionally remove them when deleting devices

When a device is deleted in octoja, the Lywand agent and the associated target remain in Lywand. Currently, this cleanup must be performed separately.

Two additions are requested:

1. Remove Lywand Target When Deleting a Device When deleting a device linked to Lywand, octoja asks whether the associated target in Lywand should also be removed. After explicit confirmation, the deletion is performed via the existing integration, even if the device is permanently offline.

2. Uninstall the Lywand agent via automation As a counterpart to the “Install Lywand agent” action, a predefined uninstallation step should be available for reachable Windows devices.

The removal of the cloud target and the local agent uninstallation should be distinguishable from one another. Errors during the Lywand cleanup must remain visible so that a device deleted in octoja is not mistakenly considered fully cleaned up.
