Hi, it would be great if, in the device overview—where I can sort by customer and location—I also had the option to open a session directly. For example, if I’m supporting 5 clients at a single location and want to connect remotely, I always have to click “Back” and then back into the device overview to start the next remote session. Is it possible to include the “Remote Desktop” connection in the device overview so that I can start the session directly from there? Or is this feature already available, and I just haven’t enabled it for our setup?
