Exclude Device

Feature Request

It would be helpful if we could exclude devices from configuration packages and the like.
For example, we have three emergency laptops for a customer. We want to install Octoja on them, but we don’t want any checks or similar tasks to run on them. We’ve created packages with specific settings and applications, and when we install the agent on the laptops, those settings will be automatically applied.

    Hi @Steven Gallasch , wir könnten realisieren, dass man per Konfiguration einen Rollout anstoßen kann, der die Geräte automatisch erst im Wartungsmodus aufnimmt und man Zeit hat die Geräte in die Regeln einzupflegen, bevor der Agent anfängt zu arbeiten. Wäre das hierfür passend?

      Hi @Erdinc Akay ich hatte in der Regel jetzt einfach mit einem “enthält nicht” gearbeitet wodurch die Geräte automatisch ausgefiltert wurden. Hat auch ganz gut geklappt. Was aber vielleicht auch cool wäre wenn man eine Regel erstellt und dann zum Beispiel sagt Workstation werden ja rechts alle Geräte anzeigt. Dort ein “X” für Geräte entfernen die dann auch automatisch nicht nachgetragen werden oder so.
      Aber wie gesagt mit einer Invert-Regel klappt es auch ganz gut.
