Remote maintenance at no charge

Mark remote maintenance sessions with a TAG or enable the option to hide them from the remote maintenance report or remote work report. Reason: There are also instances of server access that are not billed separately. These should not appear in the remote report or, at the very least, should not be included in the calculation of the remote maintenance sessions performed. The customer can still view the remote maintenance sessions.
