When using a remote connection, only the name of the connected device is displayed in the window title. This is impractical when working with a large number of different devices. It would be preferable to display the customer information in the window title in the format “Customer – Device Name.”
Due to standardization, all servers and PCs/laptops at different customer sites have the same names. This can easily lead to confusion.
