Enable feedback even when dialog boxes are open

When a dialog box is open, the feedback button is not accessible. This means you cannot send feedback with a screenshot of the open dialog.

Please make the feedback button accessible even when dialogs are open, for example, by adding an additional button within the dialog or a button in the lower-right corner that is always accessible.
