Link Custom Fields to Device Types

It should be possible to specify one or more compatible device types for a custom device field. Otherwise, the rules remain the same as before and apply to all devices.

Only applicable fields are displayed on a device page. In a list limited to specific device types and when selecting a field in automations, inapplicable fields should be clearly identified or hidden.

Values that have already been saved are retained when the scope is changed. Affected existing values should remain accessible to authorized administrators.
