Avoid duplicate checks when using multiple configuration packages

If multiple configuration packages are active and individual checks overlap, those checks are currently displayed multiple times in the dashboard.

Example: The Event Viewer check is included in both packages and therefore appears twice in the system.

I would like the system to automatically detect such duplicate checks and display them only once in the dashboard.
