Send data from every access to the customer's system to Docbee

Hi everyone. Could you modify the API so that accesses from Octoja via terminal, Remote Desktop, or File Explorer can be sent directly to DocBee? Start and stop times? This would make documenting service cases—and tracking who accessed what, when, and how—much easier.

In Octoja and DocBee, the email addresses are usually the same, so you already have the technician match. The customer and device just need to be matched. And it can just be a new service or a stopwatch at first, and the technician can then assign the process themselves later.
