CPU% instead of CPU Time in the process list

Currently, the process list includes a field labeled “CPU Time,” among others. Since the process list essentially mirrors the Task Manager to allow for remote termination of processes, a “CPU %” column showing the CPU utilization caused by each process would be more useful than the “CPU Time” column, enabling users to remotely identify a process causing high CPU utilization.
