Comet Backup Check: Detecting Failed Logins by the Delegate Service

Currently, the Comet Backup check only counts failed process starts of the Delegate service. However, if the service is unable to log in to the Comet server—for example, because no login credentials have been stored—the check will not flag an issue, even though the device can no longer be controlled from the server. The check should also report failed server logins by the Delegate service as a separate finding.
