Run checks using stored login credentials

Checks currently run in the device's machine context. For checks that, by their nature, access a second server—for example, via WMI or DCOM—this is not sufficient because the computer account does not have the necessary permissions there. What is needed is a configurable service account under which individual checks can be executed, similar to a Run-As profile.
