Check and Utilization (Mouse-Over)

When I hover my mouse over the graph, a tooltip should appear showing the time and metric. This makes it easier for support to check and see what time this was. Users often mention the time, or you can ask them, or check the log data based on the time. As it is, it’s hard to figure out what time it was, since the graph doesn’t show a 24-hour format but rather “start online” and “end online.”
