Add a check: Filter your own checks and search descriptions

In the “Add Check” dialog, it should be possible to limit the available checks to “My checks only.” The search should also take check descriptions into account so that a check can be found even using a term that does not appear in its name.

Both features should be usable in conjunction with the existing platform filters, both when adding a check to a device and within a configuration package.
