Import report recipients from customer master data and create them for multiple customers

A report template and a schedule can already be used for multiple customers.

However, for separate mailings, the client and email addresses must be entered individually for each recipient. With over 100 clients, this involves a lot of repetitive manual work.

The goal is to be able to select several or all customers at once and import their recipient addresses from the customer master data. For example, this would allow you to set up a monthly report for all selected customers, with each customer receiving only their own report.

Before saving, it should be possible to review and adjust the assignments and addresses. Missing or invalid addresses should be clearly highlighted.

This does not replace the existing “All Customers” selection: it generates a report covering all customers instead of separate customer reports.
