Report on Systems That Do Not Restart Regularly

We would like a reporting feature for our customers—and optionally for individual users as well—that triggers when a system has not restarted for more than a variable number of days, such as 30 days.

In our view, this could be determined based on the system startup time or the last boot time.

Goal:
To raise awareness among users and IT administrators about the importance of regularly restarting systems. This can help reduce issues related to Windows Updates, pending restarts, and overall system stability.

Optionally, it would be helpful to be able to configure this time period on a per-customer basis.
