Execute automations based on check results.

It should be possible to select check results as conditions for automations.

For example, instead of “Device added,” a specific check result such as system uptime or whether a service is running, so that services could be restarted in that case or the user could be notified to restart their system soon.

This would open up many possibilities, especially if checks could also be selected as “conditions” in other contexts, such as the subsequent actions of an automation.
