Ctrl + K: When I search for an employee’s name (last name), multiple devices are displayed because, of course, the same name can appear more than once. It would be great if the employee’s name were displayed alongside the customer’s name and location, so you can select the correct device right away.
It would also be great if you could read the sessions from terminal servers. If the customer is working with thin clients on a TS and has, say, 4 TSs, you’d otherwise have to search for it first.
